Unlike water-soluble AHAs that work only on the surface, salicylic acid (BHA) is lipid-soluble. It travels directly into pore linings to dissolve oxidized sebum, cellular debris, and trapped impurities. Organic alcohol acts as a targeted antiseptic and clarifies excess surface grease, while soothing lavender hydrosol, betaine, and cucumber extract keep skin balanced and comfortable.
